Muskie action picks up as the week progressed.

While the walleyes required more effort than past weeks, the large northern, muskies and smallmouth bass kept many guests busy this past week. 3 large northern over 40″ were caught, and the muskies are finally showing up on the rocky reefs with more regularity. In addition to those fish listed below, there were some “eater” walleyes caught along with some nice perch. The following fish were caught and released by our guests, with the addition of 5 fish to our Everett Bay Lodge Wall of Fame!

Conditions were tough the last couple days of last week with rain that just couldn’t seem to clear the area and high winds that made for less than easy boat control. Best you could say was it was “sure good sleeping weather.” Looking ahead at the forecast, sounds like things are going to get back on track with more normal temps, and no one will be complaining about that.
