Muskies started to move about a week ago.
My son managed to boat two small fish in one outing last
week. Its easy to see fish shallow now with the heat we've
been having. No big monsters yet. But some low 40 inch fish
have been released. Several nice 38-40 inch northern have
also been caught. Walleye
continue to be caught on summer reefs. Some on crawlers,
some on leeches. Lindy rigs have caught most of the fish.
Smallies have been caught a little
deeper off points this week 6-8 ft. Leeches and bobbers work
the best.
