This year has been cold. Water temps at
the 1st of August are not normally in the low sixties.
Walleyes have been inconsistent. People have had to work for
their fish. Doug Miller and his family managed to catch some
nice ones in the twenties as well a many to eat. They did
have to work hard for them.
Small mouth bass were inconsistent as well. Jeff and Kevin
Juday caught some regularly early in the week, but then it
seemed to slow.
Muskie action has been on and off as
well. Still seeing fish some more aggressive than others.
